Returns Policy for Yakobi Fragrance
No Returns or Exchanges
All Yakobi Fragrance creations are considered final sale, subject to the rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and health and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, unless required by law.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or differing personal preferences. If your product is faulty (such as a non-working sprayer or a broken bottle), please contact us here. Our customer service team will assess your inquiry. Faulty products will undergo inspection, and you will be contacted within 3-5 business days regarding the outcome. If your product is deemed faulty, it will be replaced, and your postage costs will be reimbursed. If your product is not deemed faulty, it will be returned to you at your expense.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the post office, we can resend it upon request. A postage charge determined by Yakobi will apply. If you prefer a refund instead of reshipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Australian Consumer Law
In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You can also have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe there has been a failure of a consumer guarantee, please return your unopened products to our warehouse at the address provided below. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the products to us (including delivery). If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs. Depending on the nature of the failure, we will either dispatch a replacement product to you or refund the product price.

We reserve the right to update or change our return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the effective date of the updated policy.
