Do you have Social Media?
Yes, we have Facebook and Instagram, you can follow us for updates, new products, and so on.
What if I’m not sure about the scent I would like to purchase?
We offer 2ml sample packs at $2.50/unit. We recommend a minimum of 4-5 bottles to make it worth the postage. We don’t recommend blind buying if you're new to fragrances. Our inspired fragrances are almost identical to the designer and niche brands so you don't need to panic if Each product page gives a detailed description of the scent notes and it’s inspired fragrance. If you haven't experienced a fragrance before, like some of our more niche and lesser-known scents, then we recommend the 2ml samples to try. This way you can get to wear it and see if it suits you. The 2ml sample bottle will give you 2 days of fragrance (about 1ml spray per day based on a conservative spritz). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We recommend ordering at least 4 bottles to make it worthwhile.

What are Shipping costs and times?
We offer Shipping Australia-wide wide which will be calculated on checkout. Generally, between $10.00 (0-500g) and $14.95 (up to 1.0kg), depending on weight.
Depending on your location, we use Australia Post as our delivery partner.
Please allow us 1-2 days to prepare and pack your order. Once your item has been shipped, please allow 7-10 business days as per Australia Post shipping to your location.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via; VISA, MasterCard, Paypal (pay in 4 available through Paypal). Unfortunately, we don’t accept cheques or money orders.
What is an inspired fragrance?
Yakobi Fragrance competes with the designer/niche houses. It does not use their fragrances and is not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are property of the respective owner. Designer/Niche brand names are solely used for comparison purposes and to give customers an idea of each fragrance character and scent accords. We do not present our fragrances to be exact copies, they are inspired fragrances.
Can I change or update my online order once the order has been placed?
If you want to make changes as soon as possible, we begin preparing your order the day its ordered. If it has not been prepared and packed for delivery, we can amend the purchase to be packed. Promptly contact hello@yakobifragrance.com.au with your request; however, we cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed, so please select your items carefully.
What if I change my mind?
At Yakobi Fragrance, we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. This policy includes situations such as selecting the incorrect item during the purchasing process, no longer needing the product, or if the same item was received as a gift from someone else.
While we are delighted to provide advice on perfume selection, we cannot be held accountable if you are not satisfied with your purchase as a result of this advice. We strongly recommend that customers sample fragrances before purchasing from us to ensure complete satisfaction.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email (please ensure you enter your email at checkout) with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post.
