At Yakobi Fragrance, we’re committed to getting your scents to you safely and promptly within Australia. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Fulfillment: All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your package.

Cut-off Time: Orders received before 12 PM AEST on business days will begin processing that same day; orders after this time will start processing the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

Standard (AusPost Regular Parcel):

Cost: Calculated at checkout by weight and destination (typically $10–$15 AUD).

Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: Included; you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Express (AusPost Express Post):

Cost: Calculated at checkout (typically $15–$25 AUD).

Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Tracking & Signature: Included.

Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $100 AUD.
3. Shipment Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email that includes:

Carrier name

Tracking number and link

Expected delivery window
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately at hello@yakobifragrance.com.au to update your shipping address.

After Dispatch: If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:

Reship: We can resend at a postage fee determined by weight and destination.

Refund: We will refund the order amount minus a 20% restocking fee.

5. Delays & Force Majeure
Yakobi Fragrance is not responsible for carrier delays due to:

Severe weather

Strikes or disruptions

Public holidays
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged.

Provide your order number, photos of damage (if any), and any carrier correspondence.

We will lodge a claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.
